Tiffany Phillips
TECHNICAL MANAGER
Tiffany has been part of the Morse Dental Lab team since 2007. She started out as a delivery driver and plaster bench technician. Over the past 15 years, she's held various roles around the lab, most recently becoming one of our lead technicians. In her technical manager role, she meets with our clients and their staff at the lab, in the field and over the phone to help ensure smooth case management. She holds Bachelor and Masters degrees and has a strong background in advanced laboratory science and research development. If you ever have any technical questions, Tiffany is happy to help!
Katie Day
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Katie is probably the most recognizable face at Morse Dental Lab. She visits our offices for pickups and deliveries, manages all of our administrative work and handles our client services department. Most of our clients know that Katie is our go to person. If she can't answer your questions, she knows who can and is happy to get you in touch with that person. Katie holds a degree in Business Administration and has a strong background in customer service and client management. If you have billing and invoice questions, need help with teeth and materials selections or want to talk about pickups, deliveries and turn around times, Katie is your gal!
Terrence Morse
OWNER & CDT
Morse Dental Laboratory, Inc. co-founder and our laboratory's Certified Dental Technician. Terrence began his dental lab career over 45 years ago with Lake County Dental Lab and has been handcrafting custom removables ever since. Terrence is one of only 95 certified technicians in the state of Ohio who have passed the rigorous written and practical examinations required to gain this credential through the National Board for Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology. In addition, Terrence holds a Bachelors Degree from Cleveland State University and a Masters Degree from Lake Erie College. His experience in complete denture fabrication is an indispensable resource for our clients and their patients.
