iTero Scanner: Note- iTero must be set to "Restorative" for us to receive files.

Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero scanner
Connect with MORSE DENTAL LAB using our Company ID: MORSE DENTAL LAB 103997
After connecting to us as a Lab, select “Morse Dental Lab” on your scanner when sending files

Select Option 1
Request that Morse Dental Lab be added to your scanner. Identify our lab using our phone number 440-639-1078
After Morse Dental Lab has been added, restart your scanner
After connecting to us as a Lab, select Morse Dental Lab on your scanner when sending a file.

Scan or take a photo of the prescription.
Place your scan files and the prescription file into a folder and Compress (zip down) the file.

Follow these steps to manually export the files:
Export .STL file(s):
Locate the patient scans / files in your Dental Imaging Software.
Click the [Send To] button, which saves the files on your desktop.

Scan or take a photo of the prescription.
Place your scan files and the prescription file into a folder and Compress (zip down) the file.

Follow these steps to manually export the files:
Please note: Exporting STLs is only available if you have the “Advanced Data Plan” with your 3M scanner. Those with the “Standard Data Plan” may not be able to export STLs. For more information, please contact your scanner’s support helpline.
Export .STL file(s):
Access the STL file in your office by logging into the 3M™ Connection Center web portal from your PC, tablet or smartphone using the login and password received from 3M. Access to Connection Center is obtained by contacting the Customer Care Center at 1-800-634-2249, option 3.
Select the appropriate patient and case and click the STL file package to download.
Then click the Download link.

pen the scan/file in Ortho Analyzer.
Click the [Export Model As] icon.
A popup window will appear – click [Browse] if you would like to choose a different file location. You can uncheck the upper or lower if you only want to export one arch.
Click [Save].

CEREC/Dentsply Sirona
Export .STL file(s):
Set up a case in CEREC, Sirona Connect or Ortho Software. Capture the images, and advance to the point where the buccal bite is articulated in the Model Phase.
Click the arrow in the upper left corner of the screen. | Select Export.
Highlight the location where you want to save the file on the left hand side of the windows screen.
Use the drop down menu in the ‘Save as Type’ field and select .STL from the list.
The user can rename the file by typing whatever they choose in the File Name field.
Click Save.

SENDING YOUR SCANS TO MORSE DENTAL LAB IS EASY:
If you do not have any of the above scanners, please send your scans using We Transfer:
Go to WeTransfer.com.
1. Choose the “Take Me to Free” option.
2. Choose “I Agree” to the Terms and Condition
3. Click “+ Add your files” and select the files from your computer that you want to transfer. (include the Rx)
4. In the “Email to” field, enter: scans@morsedentallab.com
5. Enter your email address in the “Your email” field.
6. Enter an optional message.
7. Click the “Transfer” button.
